Plains Coreopsis (Coreopsis tinctoria) also known as Golden Tickseed forms beautifully bright yellow flowers with maroon centers and shiny green stems. This easy to grow native annual flower grows about 1-3' tall and forms tight brown clusters before flowering.

It's great for a low-water landscape is a great pollinator flower for butterflies that blooms for up to 2 months. Direct sow seeds in Spring on the surface of soil, as it needs light to germinate. Minimum 1/4 tsp of seeds included.
